George & Stefanie have been super nice & helpful during our search for a nice house to rent. The house is lovely and they have helped with getting things setup so it’s easy to pay rent and utilities. Stefanie was wonderful during the rental contract process helping with the translation. This house needed a new califon and George helped with communicating with the owners and the new califon was installed the next day! I highly recommend George & Stefanie!

Jorge has been great. He found me a long term rental in my price range and has helped my pay the monthly bills that are hard for me to stand in line to pay due to a mobility issue. I highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with Vive en Cuenca. We are in town for the big fiesta over the weekend of 3rd Nov and they helped us in finding a very nice apartment (with rooftop terrace!) close to the centre which suited our budget. Communication was fast and efficient and we were warmly welcomed to the place. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to stay in Cuenca.

George and his wife are amazing people. They showed us several properties, listening to our feedback, and did a great job explaining all the options. Never pushy, and always willing to share their professional contacts as well. It was important to see many different neighborhoods, the pros and cons, and they were great, patient, and honest people to work with.

Jorge is very friendly and bilingual, and an added plus it's that he's a good driver, not scary. He picked us up, showed us a few places, and we found one we really liked pretty quickly. He's also a property manager for at least some of his clients, so is making sure everything is clean and working: He is even helping with the internet increased speed and having the connection moved in the apt. We highly recommend.
